Welcome to Nourishing Health!
I’m Stacy Lingle, a Nutrition Counselor, and I want to work alongside you to nourish your body for long-term health. I believe that food is able to heal our bodies and should be used as fuel allowing us to function as we were intended. Research shows that eating foods in their most natural form—whole and unprocessed—has dramatic effects on reversing illness and preventing future disease.
Food is also to be enjoyed and celebrated! Change doesn’t need to be intimidating or overwhelming. I’ll be your partner as you build a healthful and gratifying future around the table. I want you to be empowered with knowledge, resources, and excitement to make healthy habits an enjoyable and rewarding lifestyle.
