“I’ve always considered myself somewhat healthy. I’ve been a vegetarian for the past 25 years and while I was eating a plant-based diet, I was consuming too much sugar and not enough protein. I went to a nutritionist recommended by my doctor for several months, but the options given to me were not satisfying. After meeting with Stacy I am now eating more flavorful and satisfying foods (and they’re healthy!). I’m eating a lot less sugar without depriving myself of sweets and I’m eating protein-rich foods without eating meat.”

“I started working with Stacy in September of 2014 weighing around 104 lbs, which was low for my height.  I was limited to vegetables, a few grains, and low fat meats.  I was having trouble eating many foods my body needed, including all fruits and nuts, due to a burning pain in my lower abdomen. I also have food allergies to milk, corn and wheat.

Stacy patiently worked with me over 12 weeks to help come up with dietary plan that helped me overcome this burning pain.  She helped me slowly reintroduce foods that had been bothering me and remove foods that tend to cause inflammation in the body.

I am very appreciative of the time she took to create weekly menus with new recipes for me to cook.  Over the 12 week period of time, I was able to gain 13 pounds and I now able to eat fruits, nuts, and other super foods without any issues.  I am so thankful for her help and mostly thankful for looking and feeling better.”
