I am not a recipe developer, but I sure do love to cook!  One place I feel most comfortable is in my kitchen, wrapped in a big apron, jamming out to my favorite tunes and cooking away!

Since healthy, yet taste-bud tantalizing recipes are a frequent request, I’ve compiled favorites from my household to yours.

I’m always eager to try new recipes, so I’d love to hear from you!  Submit your own creations or your favorites to and I’ll excitedly give them a try and potentially feature them here.

Note:  In almost all my recipes I substitute applesauce for oils (if baking) and coconut butter in place of coconut oil.  I also use little to no salt (except for in baking) and adjust seasoning to taste.
